Wellness packages include credits towards all services offered at Colorado Alternative Wellness, excluding Massage. The exception is the Ionic Footbath Bundle that only includes credits towards Ionic Footbaths.

Once you use all the credits in your current package, you are welcome to purchase a difference package. No changes can be made once you purchase.

Each credit equals 15 minutes of service. Each service or treatment runs for a specific number of minutes in 15 minute increments, so each service is based on how many credits per 15 minutes. For example, the Quantum Energy Wellness Bed is a 45 minute service or treatment or 3 credits.

No, packages are not eligible for cancelations or refunds, however, if you are not able to use the credits in the allotted amount of time, please speak with a team member about extending the package length.
